It is recommended to size up if you are in between sizes.

1. Hand wash: Hand-knitted items are delicate and should be hand washed in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not use hot water or harsh detergents as this can cause the fibers to felt or damage the yarn.
2. Gently squeeze out excess water: After washing, gently squeeze out the excess water. Do not wring or twist the garment as this can damage the fibers and distort the shape.
3. Dry flat: Lay your top flat on a towel to air dry. Do not hang your top as this can stretch the fibers and distort the shape.
4. Avoid direct sunlight when drying: Do not expose your top to direct sunlight as this can cause the colors to fade.
5. Iron on low heat: If your top becomes wrinkled, you can iron it on a low heat setting. Make sure to use a pressing cloth or towel to protect the fibers.
6. Store properly: When storing your top, make sure it is clean and dry. Fold it neatly and store it in a cool, dry place.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your items for store credit.

 Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.

Please note that $6 for the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your store credit within 3 business days.
